This is one of those off-the-beaten-path hotels. That remain engraved in memory. Firstly for the architecture and style. It was an old sheep slaughterhouse in the Chilean Patagonia region. During the renovation, they kept all the history and equipment of the old refrigerator.
Wonderful rooms with immense views of the lake. Perfect decoration and very comfortable.
Restaurant is another highlight. Wonderful, gourmet cuisine and impeccable service from the salon staff. Perfect breakfast. If there's one point I could suggest, it's to improve the wine list a little more, as Chile has so many wineries and wonderful wine options that I found the restaurant's wine list a little out of line with Chile's potential. But nothing that compromises the whole.

Recommend the pool and sauna, it's great.
The restaurant is also good.

Fantastisch hotel dat de oude schapen fabriek in ere houdt, maar wel prachtig modern gerenoveerd. Heerlijke ruime kamers met uitzicht en goede bedden. Aardige bediening en goed en stijlvol restaurant. Circa 2 uur rijden naar Torres del Paine park.

Éjectés! Comme nous devions prendre un hôtel à Puerto Natales à notre retour de Torres Del Paine, nous avons voulu voir l’intérieur de l’hôtel en vue de réserver. Nous avons purement et simplement été refoulés! L’hôtel a été privatisé nous a t on dit! Nous avons donc réservé dans un autre hôtel à côté. C’est bien la première fois qu’en tant que clients potentiels on nous mettent dehors….

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour la semaine prochaine. Comme il faisait beau aujourd’hui et que ce n’est toujours le cas nous avons voulu jeté un œil et prendre un verre, Nous avons été purement éjectés au motif que l’hôtel aurait été entièrement privatisé! Il va falloir que la prestation soit bonne la semaine prochaine pour rattraper ça!

The best time of the year to visit Patagonia is winter, and even better if it is in this wonderful hotel. On the excursions we were able to see all the animals, including pumas, with snowy landscapes that take your breath away, and no tourists. Then we arrived at the hotel with a warm jacuzzi overlooking the fjord. A trip we will never forget!!

Soy de Chile. No es primera vez que vamos. El lugar, por su historia "UNICO" y la atención que hemos tenido siempre ha sido excelente. Nuestra última vez tuvimos una visita guiada después de almuerzo, la que se agradece ya que cuando fuimos la primera vez ya que estaba recién funcionando el hotel, la hicimos sola. Pero, solo calificarlo como muy bueno.
